Pickering Landscaping You Can Count On
Pickering is the western gateway to Durham Region, sitting right on the border with Scarborough and the City of Toronto. It is a large, spread-out municipality that covers everything from the urban stretch along Kingston Road and the Pickering Town Centre area to the rural farmland and forested lots up near Claremont and Greenwood.
The south end of Pickering — around Liverpool Road, Brock Road, and the Pickering GO Station — is suburban and well-established. These properties have mature trees, older gardens, and infrastructure that needs refreshing. The Bay Ridges and Rougemount neighbourhoods along the lake have some of the nicest residential properties in Durham Region but also some of the trickiest drainage conditions because of the proximity to the waterfront.
North Pickering is a different story entirely. Properties are larger, lots are more rural, and the work often involves larger-scale grading, sod installation, and snow removal.
