Bowmanville Landscaping You Can Count On
Bowmanville is the largest community within the Municipality of Clarington and sits just east of Oshawa along the 401 corridor. The town has a charming downtown core along King Street with independent shops and restaurants, and a growing ring of newer suburban developments to the north and west.
The older homes near downtown Bowmanville and along Liberty Street have established yards with mature landscaping, but many are dealing with aging infrastructure — cracked walkways, sunken patios, and foundation drainage issues from decades of Ontario weather. The newer subdivisions around Soper Creek, Green Road, and the Bowmanville West expansion feature larger lots with builder-grade landscaping that often needs improvement within a few years.
Bowmanville also has a strong agricultural presence. Properties on the outskirts of town tend to be larger, and the soil conditions shift from clay-based in the south to more loamy ground as you move north toward the Oak Ridges Moraine.
